Lower Level of the Coast Hotel:

The hotel had water damage in the lower level. Rather than strip and re-wallpaper all the walls they decided to finish the bottom with decorative trim work. I Patched, caulked, and painted it while keeping the wallpaper clean. The carpeting was being replaced after I painted. They were very impressed with how professional it turned out.
